I am being offered 1425000 for a 35/70 in c sector . Should I sell it and invest somewhere else as it does not appeal being too far from isd besides good development. Any guidance on investment with this amount

Consider:
E-17 50*90 plot,
Location of E-17 is little bit better from B-17. U can purchase 500 yards plot.
E-12 25*40,
No sign of development/living in near future but good investment in main Islamabad. |

Here, only the sector A is worthwhile. The fate of B-17 depends on Margala road which is a far fetch prospect. I think you should shift your investment from sector C to as suggested above. |
