Don’t spread panic about dha 8, how you can say that planning is poor? Phase 8 will be the most modern & updated phase.
(1)-When authorities planning for the future, they always tried their level best to improve their previous flaws / mistakes regarding the town planning & on other issues.
(2)- Yes Dha can change the locations, but only for areas which comes under litigation likewise near the village boundary wall etc. So instead of providing the negative feed back you can suggest that one should always choose the area / plot within clean vicinity and on level area.
(3)- while you are entering from the flyover junction into phase 6 / phase 8, keep in mind that phase 8 will be on your left side & phase 6 on right! So is not bad that you are trying to prove!.
(4)- definitely development will take certain time, at this moment the price difference is much higher between phase 6 & 8, which is due to not development. But location of phase 8 is much better than phase 6. |
