I have a budget of 30-35 lac and have to decide between DHA-2 Islamabad and DHA2 –Extension (EX-commoners Town). Please advise in this regard whether it’s better to buy the plot in DHA2 located in sector D along the boundary (street 6,7 etc.) or to buy plot in DHA2 extension (sector BC). Price wise they are almost same and within my budget. My objective is to keep the plot for next 3-5 years for investment purpose.
Looking for expert advice on above. Thanks in advance.

Mr BM!,For short term (3-5)years Go for DHA-2 but long term (7-10)go for DHA-2 EXTENTION for investment. Nothing will change at least 5 years in extention.I wrote mail to you regarding this issue Please forget extention. Honestly i am advising you if you are serious other wise my friend got a plot in Extention for sale .on sector D he purchased at 1.4 milion before three years. |

BM, ex-commoners now part of proper DHA-2 no extension. Sector BC is not sector-K of DHA-2 (check DHAI website). If you find a good plot, go ahead and buy as these are possession ready plots. |
