I am currently in negotiation to buy one shop in Raja Bazar, Rawalpindi. The name of plaza is 'Khawaja Plaza' and its next to Imperial market.
Shop size is 10*10 and price is 25-30 lac.
Need advice from this forum before making my decision.

shop is on main road or inside the plaza? if on main road than price is around 25 with posession .thanks |

I think this is just so-called "Pagri" amount and you'd still have to pay monthly rent. Is that so?
If yes then why don't you look for some shop in Ghukkar Plaza Bank Road Rawalpindi? You must consider this option before deciding for anything. |

The shop is inside Plaza and on the ground floor. This is the total price with possession and registry.
Where can I find the details about shops in Ghakar plaza? Is there any website? Do any body here has an idea about price/sq. feet in Ghakar plaza? |
