CONSTRUCTION OF 1 KANAL PLOT IN DHA LAHORE PHASE 6,

Dear Brothers,

I am overseas pakistani and have 1 kanal plot in DHA phase 6 lahore and would like to start to consturct the structure. need your help to get the guide lines for the following questions. pls. advise with your valueable suggestions and comments.

1. What type of formalities are required before to start the construction with DHA.
2. is there good contractors ( with full job including material) are available in market to do the good job or should we do ourselves like provide the material from our side.
3. what is maximum build up area is allowed for 1 kanal plot in dha phase 6.
4. what is estimated cost of one kanal plot in DHA for A class consturction (Through contractor with full job including material ) and contract without material.
