Nasheeman
I have plot in nasheeman. It looks like Bahria is only investing in Sector D and then E and so on
whats the future of this small project.

Available land in or near Bahria Town Lahore is very limited so for now prices are good there and Bahria Town is trying to cash in most projects there. In future Bahria Town Nasheman area or I should say Ferozpur road are will be where Bahria Town will have most new projects as Bahria town have bought and is buying 1000s of kanal land on Ferozpur road for its future projects there. if you have notices Bahria have already built a good size office in Bahria Nasheman to handle all projects booking etc fro there. Bahria is also entering big way in Gujranwala.
Currently Bahria dont want to point flash light on Ferozpur road projects so they can keep buying more and more land on Ferozpur road for their up coming projects there.

It means its better to keep this plot for some time.
What about nasheeman commercal properties.
In future which BT project will be good Nasheman or Sector C |
