Sharoz bhai these days its not possible or I should say not easy to manipulate prices of DHA Lahore properties. A file of DHA 9 cost 1.2 lacs buy and transfer. A seller give you max 24 to 48 for a transfer. How a mafia can than control a price direction. Some one can manipulate file price for week or may be two week but after that market takes control and role of supply and demand comes in to effect. More buyer prices go up even if we dont like it. More sellers prices go down even if it hurts us all.
BTW its hard to believe we are still able to find sellers on DHA9. Very fewer sellers but there are some that why price is not jumping 1 lac each week. I dont know what makes these sellers sell their files at still very cheap price compered to other available properties in DHA Lahore. DHA phase 9 is still too under priced. It have lot of room to gain.

AGREE THE PRICE OF PH 9 DHA IS STILL FAR BELOW THE PRICE IT WAS INITIALLY BOUGHT BY MOST OF THE HOLDERS OF THESE FILES. THESE FILES WERE BOUGHT AT RATE OF 35-40 LACS 5-6 YEARS AGO. I AM SURE THESE WOULD REACH AT LEAST 30 LACS WTHN NEXT 2-3 MONTHS. POTENTIAL S EVEN MORE. |

Dear phase 8 updates there is hell of difference mania and mafia mania is a temporary phase of paghalpan which is created in human being and in this phase a person buy to purchase things without understanding the future consequences while in mafia people make a cartel to trap the other person. U enjoyed this condition about 5 years back so this question was for the viewers not for the mafia which r busy again in phase 9 |

I think DHA Phase 9 is still cheap.. I suggest buy at spot it will appreciate gradually to a sustainable price around 2.7 million(27 lakh)in a couple of months. |
