1- i: 5 M commercial plots at main boulevard are between 90 - 125 lacs.
ii: 5 M commercial plots at back side are between 50 - 70 lacs.
2- Approximate construction cost for 3 story building without basement for 5 marla plot is 40 - 45 lacs
3- i: At main boulevard ground floor hall is rented out at 1 lac, first floor at 50,000Rs and second floor at Rs
ii: At back side ground floor hall is rented out at 50,000Rs, first floor at 30-35000Rs and second floors are all empty at the moment except one or two plazas
Future of this commercial boulevard is very bright, after the launch of sector E, this commercial would become the center point of Bahria town. At the moment there are only real estate offices here, by the opening of only one commercial bank or even just a bakery like Gourmet(Gourmet has 3 commercial plots at main boulevard), the rental prices would go further up. |
