Salam Sir,

First of all, I wish you all the good health, May Allah Paak bless you and your family and recovers you at the earliest.

I am one of the dedicated observer of your website, seriously you have provided exceptional plat form to all the expatriates specially females who intend to invest and cant interact directly to male genders.

Sir I am living here in UAE from last 20 years now. I have started working 3 years before and have saved around 12 Lakh rupee currently. I want to invest my money for residential living purpose, Since I have no plan in near future to settle down in Pakistan, My plans are just to buy a plot in any good locality and later start constructing it with the period of 3 years maximum.

After so much of discussion/ thinking my finals decision goes for Bahria . Now I am a bit confused., Should I choose Bahira Town 5 Marla plot or Bahria Nasheman 8 Marlaa plot. Since both comes into my budget of 12 Lakh Rupee. Also please let me know which will be most populated and worth living after 3 years.

Can you please guide me, what should I opt for? Looking for your sincere advice since I am going to invest within this month

Go for a 5 marla in Bahria Town Lahore because of the huge on going population and prices rising factor.

@Sania Imran.

Take a personal loan of AED 40/45 thousand from some good bank in UAE & go for a 10 marla plot in BT Lahore sector C. You & your family will lead a nice life there. Intrest rates on personal loans in UAE are really good these days. If you can't do that then go for a 5 marla plot in BT Lahore.
Regards.

Sukh Chayn is another must see neighborhood. Security and calmness are good. If you can't see it let some of your friend or relative see it and give assessment.

@AG
Sir,loan with interest is HARAAM, and its war against Allah and Prophet its clear in Quran and Hadess and AJMAY UMET as well. If any body avoid HARAAM, Ins ALLAH he will get HALLAL ways more often. May Allah give us right path.Ameen

umy100, you steal my words, very well said. we should not encourage Interest to others. See what happens to civilized world operating on interest, housing market crash in USA, Europe, Dubai.

Did you noticed why people majority of of Pakistani didn't even felt recession or housing market crash because we hardly live on loans, fine typically people build one house max but it is all on cash income, thus no risk!

Pl evaluate 10 Marla plot (on ground with possession) at Fazaia Lahore. You should be able to find one in this range. No risk of Qabza mafia in your absence there and least probability of hidden / additional charges.

umy100 and Irfan both are very correct, discourage interest and try not to advice any one else to promote it.
