some of my friends are advising me to buy a plot in baria phase 8 pindi as i m not in hurry to build house..
when i reach to the property agents,,every one is telling different rates...
dear nadeem bhai ,adeel and other brothers from pindi islamabad please guide what is the actual rate of 10 merla here in A C ,E F block....

It is very fair idea to buy plot in Dha-8. Price depends on location and asking price is always 1-2 lac more than fair value if you are buyer. |

Development standard and town planning of Bahria Town Phase 8 is very good. Rates depends on location and block. 7.50 to 12 lekh excluding newly imposed charges. Not visited recently. |

I agree with Mian Nadeem. Some sectors (A,B,C,D,overseas,safari valley) are already developed others has work going on.
I suggest to everyone who want to build their house in Bahria town to please take time and read their by-laws and membership rules before you buy.
and remember most of friends will be nowhere to find when you hit by a problem. |
