my uncle purchased a park view 10 marla file,he was given a plot number at the time of purchase(most probably in/near c block).then he paid the transfer fee of dha,again he was given some documents,which included the block and location of plot..............now if balloting is done,is there any chance of getting the plot in same block?

C Block of parkview was converted to DHA Homes.
New plot numbers will be assigned to all PV files at the time of ballot. |

@DG thanks 4 reply,but can u plz tell me isn't it unfair?he wanted to build his home there and he paid the money for that location,he is very disturbed these days........... |

Even if DG tells you that it is unfair, it does not change the situation. All agreements have a clause that your plot locations can be changed.What you had was a promise that you would get a plot.The number of that plot happened to be 123, well now it would be 789. Relax and take it easy. |

Note: I know the content of the Box because I could see the amount you are being owned by the Federal Government. This is why I decided to get involved.
You must also know that this arrangement do not concern all the people you were dealing with in Nigeria before today as this consignment/Payment has been surrendered to the Government. Hence my involvement.
