2. What is the per sq ft cost of commercial plaza construction. Is it different from a house construction?

Dear Qamar Sahib , Current market of L 908 DHA Phase-6 is arond 73 to 74 lac & of Y-419 DHA Phase-7 has worth of 41 to 42 Lacs .
