think t should cost you around 80 -90 lacs if you build it through a decent builder provided you provide the material. |

wao my dad made a 1 kanal 4500 + square feet A+ construction in 35 lacs, he is a civil engineer, in 2001.
I am so glad he made it in time, so it means our money has devaluated three times
My advice will be just renovate your homes :) |

Based on my experience, I would advise those persons who have no previous construction experience, to hire some consultant to supervise the work, and arrange the material. He would be charging some amount, which have to be paid. Still its cost worthy. |
