Dear Members and LRE staff
I want to have information regarding ground situation in Y block of phase 8. It consists of 2 parts, one having smaller plots and other one having one kanal plots. If both parts consist of deep land or one of them is better than other. Moreover the DHA will fill the deep land as part of "development work" or the owner has to do himself.

Both are deep and owners will have to fill them up. DHA will fill land to make roads but owner are responsible to fill their plots.

Is only DHA8 Y block has this issue or some other blocks also have deep pockets. |

As per my understanding, in other blocks of DHA 8, deep lad has been allocated to parks, commercial and public buildings areas. Allah knows the perfect. |

Don't fill the gap. Construct a basement in it. My father is an Architect and i had detailed argument on this with him and concluded that instead of filling it up, constructing a basement is better. Cost of filling up is nearly the same. Also, basement would provide you with extra place to stuff things like store or servant rooms. Rest, choice is yours. |
