We bought a 7 marla plot in J block DHA Phase 7 three years ago, I recently found out that Beconhouseit School is being build there but what is the update of ring road phase 6-5 interchange, has it open yet?
If not why it is taking so long?
Personaly I have the impression that DHA is more busy in launching new projects phase 9 and 10 and is not putting effort in finishing the previous ones?
Is there gas in phase 6 yet?
because we will like to built and rent the place? any idea if phase 6 , 7 marla is developed enough to rent a property there in 1-2 years?
( it will take 1 year to build the house)
thanks in advance for any feed back as am out of country for some years now so do not know the ground situation there

Dear Usman,
I think you mean DHA Phase 6 J block. There is no J block in Phase 7.
There are at least a 1000 houses in Phase 6 now maybe more and almost every day a new house is starting. B and J are the most populated blocks.
Beaconhouse Newlands school has already opened this fall.
The Ring Road interchange is almost complete and should be opening any day now. The final touches and landscaping is going on these days.
The only negative of Phase 6 is that there is no gas but that is not because of DHA. Lines have been laid in all blocks as far as I know. There is currently a ban from the Govt. on giving new gas connections.
Someone from CMY's team can give you a better idea of price but your plot should be worth around 35-40 lac at the moment.
You should come and drive around DHA6 to see what it is transforming into and what it will be in a couple of years. |

USman Sahib, In J Block DHA Phase 6, Seven Marla Plots are around 45 lacs and already Four or Five 7 Marla fully constructed houses are there . Mr Ask. has rightly said about Gas and ring road interchange.
