1. What is the current price of these 8 marla plots?
2. What is the ongoing or potential rent rates for different floors?
3. How many floors are allowed on these plots?

1. Rates for 8 marla commerical on B side are between 85- 100 lacs
2. Rent should be around 75000 to 100000 for ground floor
3. 3 floors are allowed plus 1 if u add a basement |
