I ASKED QUESTION FROM MR SALMAN MASOOD FEW DAYS BACK BUT HE WAS UNABLE TO ANSWER AND SAID WAIT FR CMY SAHIBTO ANSWER IT .I WANTED TO ASK ABOUT Z-2 BLOCK OF PHASE 7 AND E BLOCK OF PHASE 6 THERE WAS NEWS FROM U LAST YEAR THAT 150 FT ROAD WIll CONNECT PHASE 7 AND PHASE 6 IN DERA CHAL AREA IS THIS PROPOSAL STILL VALID OR NOT SECONDLY WHAT WILL BE ITS ROLE IN OVERALL DEVELOPMENT OF NEGLECTED AND UNDER DEVELOPED AREAS OF PHASE 6 AND7 AS WELL AS PHASE 9 UR VALUABLE COMMENTS WILL BENEFIT ALL THANX

They were planning to widen Badian road to 120 feet but funds shortage on part of Punjab Govt and litigation wont let it happen for many years to come.
Z-2 is not a good location to buy or hold a plot in DHA7. DHA 6 E block is ok to buy and hold.

The location of phase 6 and Z2 is al,ost same
price difference is more than 2-lakh
than why you are recommending to sell Z2 |

What about Burki road? The master plan of DHA depicts it as 6 lanes road. |
