In the computerized balloting of Eden Residencia a plot was allotted to me and my wife as I was told installments shall be deposited after every three months and development charges shall be submitted at the end of complete installments but as per you letter from the projects Eden Residencia i was requested to deposit Rs.2,62,500/- as development charges till . Now the point is i was told to deposit development charges at the end of completion of installments which is very to your information mentioned in terms and condition. I tried to discuss these issues with the concerned persons on telephonically but the no body listens to me so that I stopped depositing installments. I went to the marketing office at Thokar Niaz Beig personally to discuss the issue but they started to talk about the others charges. Later again and again telephonically I tried to discuss the issue, attention was not paid. While i only requested to the concerned persons deposit money of both plots (No-D & D, Eden Residencia College Road, Lahore) may be gathered at one place but they did not pay attention to this matter.
Rather they do the same they said first of all you pay Rs.2, 12,500/-, and again start you installments. now the point is if i have to pay the said money except 6,12,500/-they were considering this amount Rs.4,00,000/- after fine, at that time amount approximately 7,50,000/- in this way i had to pay actually approxi-1,37,500/- but they asked me to pay 3,50,000/- which not worth while that is why I did not proceed further.
Now the matter of fact is that kindly my payment may be return to me, if not then you can deduct your money as fine with minimum charges and remaining amount may be returned to me. Now it is also to mentioned you if you deduct your fine then the big amount lying with you for one year and ten months...... .
