Want to Buy a House,

Dear Mr. CMY & Other friend!

I want to buy a 10 marla, doubble story, 4 beds house in Lahore, preferably in DHA, Askari or i some near by good society.
Please inform me what is house buying procedure, what documents are required, what risks are involved for a buyer who don't have any experience of buying property of any type. How much time is required to complete the whole buying process?
Buying through property dealer is better or direct from owner (internet contact etc,). What will be approximately the price? And any other information which may be helpful for me.
