Any updates on E-16/17 (CDECHS)( especially from Mian Nadeem and boss-sk)? an Nadeem Sahb which plots in CDCEHS E-61/17 are in adverse possession or which plots should i avoid to buy in E 16,17

only consider these streets when you buy, principle road, street 1,2,3,4,5,6,24,26,27 of e-16. they have most of the level plots

i havent visited recently ,,,but while buying plot check it out physicaly bcz if u dont want a basement go for leveled plot or if u want a basement then go for a deep plot ,,it wil save u 2-3 lacs.

plots on main roads n wide streets are more prefered.

street 28 is worst location, don't go there, don't go after less expensive plots if you want to sell in the future or to construct house

New layout plan mean does they changed the map? when this new layout plan happend? Can someone post the new map if posible.

worst in terms of what? isn't the location good as it is near to main boulevard, there are 10 marla plots (in new map) in the street, (speically the right side of the street)

the streets u have mentioned have all size of plots ? i am interested in 8/10 marla plot and my budget is 10 lacs

Visit area having Lay out plan with u, every thing will clear. In clear areas streets are carpeted.
Smaller size plots relocation is expected in new layout

is there any problem in smaller size plots in CDECHS ? keeping in view my budget of 10 lacs which size plot in cdechs will i get with no issues in it. can u send me ur email address r phone number at for having some final guidance from u

streets i mentioned only have 1 kanal plots. if you are looking for 10 marla plot then consider only street 6 but plot wont be available in 10 lac because i sold my plot 6 month back in 12.50 lac in street 6, 10 marla all clear. you can get cheap plots in other streets but you won't be able to sell them if you buy a bad location.

street 28 is new street just next to the private houses. this is street is filled with mud and there is slum. it is close to chapper and no level plots.

U mean plots in street 6 (E-16/3) are all clear (no possession issues)?
The price of the plot u sold i.e. 12.50 Lacs include all charges (cost of land as well as Development charges)

yes all clear sold in 12.50 - there are other streets as well where there is no possession issue but street 6 is the best for 10 marla. where there is carpeted road, there is no issue of possession. i think 75% land of the sector is clear.
