Dear Mr. CMY & Other friend!
I want to buy a 10 marla, doubble story, 4 beds house in Lahore, preferably in DHA, Askari or i some near by good society. My Budget is 80-100 lakh.
Please inform me what is house buying procedure, what documents are required, what risks are involved for a buyer who don't have any experience of buying property of any type. How much time is required to complete the whole buying process?
Buying through property dealer is better or direct from owner (internet contact etc,). What will be approximately the price? And any other information which may be helpful for me.

Khan bhai you can buy a house in DHA Lahore or Askari with your budget. In DHA you could buy a house in DHA 8 Preview for 80 to 90 lacs. You could buy an old 10 Marla house in this price in all most any phase. For a ten marla I would suggest you to buy in Askari 10.
Please avoid all Eden properties because I never saw any person happy with their investments in Eden.
