i heard some1 saying on this site that construction work in askari 10 n 11 is very poor.

Yes the construction quality is poor, but if you go for comparison then Askari 11 is much better than Askari 10 in terms of construction.

You should also know that the seller can not sell it.You can not have registry in your name.You when you want can not sell it. It is given to you based on Power of Attorney. If the person selling on Power of Attorney dies, his inheritors of which you would not have any knowledge ( who and how many they are) will become the owners and you will not have any right on the property. It is very very risky deal.

for my own consumption i went to Askari X & XI because i feel one must go at the site & then invest merly on hearsay is not adviseable ,no hard feelings please but it is purely my own assessment that XI is better constructed than X and the other option i discussed was that i can out rightly purchase it no power of attorney .Please go & see for your self before making DECISION ,the prices may rise once the 1/2 km approach road is carpeted
