this is really craziness to invest in ph 9 dha lahore when you know no balloting can happen in next 5 year and house construction can be possible not less then ten to fifteen year :cl

if you wanted to make money/profit DHA-9 is ideal and if you want to consruct a quick home this is not right phase.
If you have money and wanted a home after few years buy two files @45lacs and believe as you have got a home.
As you can sale one to construct 2nd and if you managed to safe more money to consruct houses on both plots you can live in one and earn rent to live retire life happyly for rest of your life. |
