They were retired employees who were using supreme court name. CJ also got involved and they were stopped.
Also they couldn't acquire land as there is a local village and very expensive scattered houses there. Percentage of land was not enough to approve their layout plan from CDA. |

G16 (MIECHS) is now coming up well. Society office has shifted to new on-site office. Dev in Phase 1 is nearing completion. UG Elec and Gas is being laid out. Allotees of Phase 1 are now getting possession of their plots. Prices of plots is on the increase. |

Good Location near Motorway Toll Plaza. Approved Layout plan was cancelled by the CDA. Too many land disputes and litigation. No development work. No chance of start of development work in near future. |
