Thanks for email. DHA have changed few things. Before just a copy of foreign visa or passport was enough but NOW DHA was to have your passport photo page copy and proof of most recent EXIT stamp from Pakistan on that passport along with foreign visa or foreign passport copy. You dont need to send any thing else to your parents for a purchase of property in DHA Lahore ( No need of a power of attorney for purchase or no need of any other letter etc)

Just Needed a Little Bit of Info.
I Bought A File when I was Outside of Pak, in 2009. All That Was Needed Was A Copy of ID card & 2 Photos. Now also, It is The Same Requirement or Requirements Have Changed? & additional Documents, Like Passport Copy,Including The Exit Pak Stamp & arrival in Canada, My PR Card Are Also Needed? If I want To Direct my parents, which are in Pak to Buy any File or anything?
