There is some confusion after reading reply of Mr. Lahore Real Est of LRE.
If "own" and profit is the same in real estate trade then how "own" or profit is 4.50 lakhs whereas today's Rates Update of LRE shows profit on 5 marla newly balloted plot at 7 lakhs. Mr.Lahore Real Est please clarify. Thanks |

Dear Ejaz Sahib, Profit/Own only depends on location. D1856 (5 Marla ) of DHA Phase 9 is a facing School Plot. Its not like that one will get 7 lacs own/profit on each plot of DHA phase 9. It varies depending on location.
Ahamad Sahib 4.50 lacs own/profit will be on Rs.150,000/- (down payment) |

Facing a school plot is not a so much disadvantage that such a plot should be priced at 2.50 lakhs less than a normal plot. If the owner is ready to sell at profit of 4.50 lakh then it is good buy for anyone interested. Thank you Mr. Lahore Real Est for your clarification. |

ejaz i have one plot in the same line . It was evaluated with a proffit of 7 lacs ..even a plot next to mine was offered at 7.5 lac profit which i refused finding it bit high however i would suggest to hod it for sometime. I am interested to buy yours let me arrange funds |
