Do you have any idea about Wapda Town Phase-2, in terms of living/investment.
I visited this society and saw a handful of house constructed and many in construction phase although the access road issue is still not solved.
I believe the distance is very less from Shaukqat Khanum. The price for 10 Marla there is from 28 to 32 LACs.
I want your sincere advice as I could build a single story house there from the budget I have.
