I would like to know about the Bahria Enclave Islamabad project of Bahria Town. What is the development status?
What about access roads?
What about market conditions (Old Map plots) ?

They are still leveling the ground and road is under construction. Once we take off from Kuri road it is 7.5 km to Bahria encalve - add 2 more km from Park Rd. |

What about the status of current road access through the Kuri Village?
Have they completed the construction of this road?
Have they started work on roads/ streets inside the Bahria Enclave?
What was the status of bridge constructed at the entrance ?
What about the updated status of commercial area?

There will be 2 roads from Kuri rd connecting to Bahria Enclave. From 1st point on Kuri Rd (which is 2 km from Park Rd) the connecting road is 7.5km until reached the Bahria Encalve. This road is almost 80% complete. From 2nd point on Kuri Rd (which will be around 6-7km from Park Rd) the connecting road should be 2-3km (not constructed yet). No streets constructions inside Bahria Enclave... still ground leveling si going on. Mr. IP, Bahria Encalve is just a raw leveled land so far. Don't be disheart, with time they'll construct all the amenities and facilities. |
