Bahria Town Sector D 305-CC has worth of 75 thousand own, CC-685 & CC-686 (5 Marla) has market worth of 50 thousand own.

it means that prices are coming down for Bahria Town sector D? what is the reason, i asked before 686 CC price was 1 Lack own and 305 was at 24.5Lack, so it means we have to wait further to let them reduce further or we should go and buy?

your advise will really help me to decide,

Also please let me know the prices for best location( Specificelly near main buliyward) When can I get the possession & build house.

Muhammad Sahib, sorry ,there is mistake on our behalf .We consider CC-305 as 5 marla . But CC-305 10 marla has market worth of 24.50 to 25 lacs approximately
