CMY, bro praying for your good health and early return to Pak. A friend of mine from Quetta wants to buy a house in Lahore as his son is in Atchison. He is instructed in a 1 Kanal constructed house in Askari X whereas I am persuading him to consider DHA Phase 6 but he is reluctant for two reasons; cannot construct himself and secondly he has to keep a chokidar in DHA as the family will not stay permanently in Lahore. Bro CMY I have suggested my friend to hire the services of LRE for construction. Now what do you think of all this CMY?

If you want a honest answer we at Lahore Real Estate are serially reconsidering to eliminate our construction wing. It takes too much of our time and it very hard work and also no matter what you put in a house you just cant please house owners at end. Owners normally run out of money at end and look for every excuse to avoid making final payments. In simple there is no return in it to do it for others. loose old client and friend at end.
I will say go for DHA6 as you will still need chokidar for Askari too. My experience tells me there is more theft in Askari than DHA 6. |

CMY IS ABSOLUTELY RT.I AM LIVING IN ASKARI TEN AND HERE ADMIN ESP OF BLOCK A IS HOPELESS AND MANY MANY OUT LAWS AND ILLETERATE PEOPLE ARE LIVING HERE IN ASKARI TEN.EVERY NIGHT 5-6 CARS ARE STOLEN AND DACOITY ALSO TAKING PLACE HERE.CONSTRUCTION LEVEL IS TOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO LOW.ASKARI 6 HAVE NO SUI GAS AND HEARD WILL NOT BE DELIVERED SOON.SO I THINK DEFENCE 4 IS BEST.THNX |

Salaam! CMY Saab and Salman sb. This is true construction is very hard and time consuming job but for some this is all bread and butter. I am in construction business sine last 7 years and completed and handed over 20 houses so far.
