Asghar Sahib, Current market worth of Conrer (Both ) Z1-796 and 810 is around 49 to 52 lacs.Development work is in progress with full swing in phase 7. Your both plots are at good locations.

Guest, In Z-2 development work has started there , you can get plot in Z-2 around 33 lacs to 38 lacs.

Please let me know the projection of rates in Z-2 based on your experience and market trend after 6 months and 12 months time...i want to purchase a plot there. I m Non resident pakistani and want to know the range if i come to Pakistan after 6 months or 12 months time.thanks |
