I received a statement today from DHA valley OS block which shows that I need to pay total of 13,150 USD or 4 installments
My original application shows 12900 USD or 13 installments.
This is 8 Marla plot on overseas DHA valley, can someone confirm me what is the correct price, is it really 13,150 USD all in? Thanks

This is land only, their descripton does read including development but they also state on back side that land development will be seperate,
Recently there are some good updates on DHA valley and they are looking at hand over in 2013 for some phases. |

These are total charges inclusive of land and development as statement says, "land and development charges" clearly. |

Dear ABC it appears you are correct, i don't know why i think that in 2008 when I applied I was under the impression that dev charges are separate, I will ask next time I call DHA. Thanks |

Is there any Overseas Block in DHA Valley... I don't think so. The DHA Valley is divided into many blocks such Iris, Levendar etc. Out of these blocks, 3 blocks (with better location) are considered for overseas applicants. There is no as such area called Overseas Block. |

There is DHA overseas block and the payments for the overseas blocks are made in foreign currency rather than rupees as for the other blocks. They were booked with a proof of foreign residence at launch. |
