For immidiate house construction go for Bahria Town and for 3-5 years investment DHA-9 is a good choice.

currently there is no better option except DHA Phase 9 for investment purpose

Dear Salman, Thank you for advise can you guide me what are the fundamentals that DHA phase 9 will be excellent for investment vs some others. as I am also considering to invest in Budget of 20 - 40 Lack.

@Ahmed (DifferentPosts) In 40 lacs you can now buy one of the best (location wise) plot in BT Lahore sector C. In my opinion the value of such a plot will appreciate at least 50% in the near future & that will the time for you to consider relocating your investment elsewhere after making a Quick Buck if you do not intend to build your house there.
The other best option is IEP. At present prices are good in IEP & It will be an excellent place to live once it is connected to Khayaban e Jinnah through Valancia

& Bahria, travel from Bahria along with canal bank,then enter into Jublee town & then main boulevard of L.D.A AVENUE -1 ,CROSSING Raiwind road you will enter KHYABAN-E-JINAH towardS SHAUKAT KHANUM HOSPITAL.
