How can I purchase residencial plot of 1 kanal in
DHA phase 9 Lhr, is it on instalment or cash and what is the price now, is there any amount to be paid after allocation of plot , can anybody help me please.What is expected time period of DHA phase 9 to be developed. I am a lay man, Many thanks if somebody helps me in this regard.

Saad Sahib, In Dha phase 9 One kanal allocation files exists.The ballot is still due of one kanal.Phase 9 one kanal ballot expected within one to two years.current rate of one kanal file is 22.25 lacs.one should have to pay development charges after ballot for each file he/she holds.you have to pay all amount in lump sum.The transfer cost for phase 9 kanal is Rs.120000/-
