I have 40 lacs to invest please advcie the best property investment option for couple of years, I was wondring that ph 5-ext is the best option to go some other option I will appreciate the expert openion.
when do we expect phase 5-ext balloting? is it going to be with phase 9 or earlier.

Keeping above prices in view and shaky status of all extension files of different phases
what is making you doubtful not to buy in DHA-9 which is getting appreciated ever day.
I am sure DHA-9 it will be way above from Park View files and perhaps equal to phase 5 extension files very soon.
Buy DHA-9 with out any further delay and if you have already phase -5 extension file in hand then keep it. You might get a plot close to DHA-5 but in phase-9
Where as all other extension files of different phases will be allotted in areas which are in legislation and may take ages to resolve. |
