i am an osp. can anyone please tell what type of rohi nala near nargis block is? Is this sewerage nala? is this covered, smelly? is this a big one? thanks

A nala is a drain for any type of water other than river or tubewell water. You can expact any type of polluted water including waste water from industries & even sewerage. Rohi Nala is not covered. Regret that I am not aware of the size of Rohi Nala.

I do not know how ell you know Lahore. Quite a few open drains run through it. One is passing along Zafar Ali Road,crossing Mall/Canaletc,
These are all open drain to collect rain water and in the process quite some unauthorized waste water and sewerage water is drained into it. Incidently this rui nallah you are talking about is coming all the way from Defence. |

Hadiara drain is about 3 km away from Nargis block, so be relaxed, but some villages are in the neighbor. |
