Hello friends,
I have two plots in Jubilee town, Lahore (1 Kanal each), one on main 150 ft Road and the other on back 40 ft road. At one point during real estate boom couple of years ago when every was selling crazy, i had very good offers for these plots but a close "friend" advised me to hold on to these as the one on main road would become commercial and i'll be able to build a plaza etc.. so i'm still holding them.
with price not moving there for some time now, i'm thinking of selling these two and buy something in DHA.
would that make sense? does someone know current prices in Jubilee town?
your opinion or information will be highly appreciated. Thanks
