Hi guys. Any new for Awami Villas? What are the prices these days. I have only paid the 500,000 for premier villas Are there any more charges than this? Not in touch for long time.. Update will be appreciated. Thanks, Ahsan

Awami villas converted into bed rooms one bath flat and levied additional Rs 150000/= to be paid Rs 15000/= on quarterly basis. Nothing on ground but bahria says ,flat will be handed over after Dec 2013.
