I humbly request you to inform me about the DHA Islamabad Phase 2 Extension 1 Kanal plot. I am thinking to buy one 9in order to have it for an asset for my children) Would you please shed a light on current status of it with prices & future value.

I bought 3 plots three years ago at the rate of 12lakh per kanal. Because of some changes in DHAI rates have been decreased. Currently you can buy 1kanal plot at approx 7lakh which is very low and i think is a good investment.
Since the sector has not yet started so its obvious that with each development the rates will increase. DHA Valley is on full flow .. completion of DHA Valley project will also benifit Phase 2 extension.
