can you please tell me what is the status of Islamabad Valley overseas block. Recently I heard that DHA has stop working at the site. Is it true? Should we keep continue payment to DHA?

I have plot in DHA valley [not overseas]
My last payment was due in July this year. they sent a letter that please donot pay the last installment. We would tell you when we need it :).
So now since they have not taken all installments so they are not liable to hand me over the plot. Smart move on their part. |

Agreed that we dont have any other option.
By the way any idea what is the issue they (DHA) are facing and what are the chances that this issue will be resolved? Is this issue been brought to the court by someone, I mean lawsuit. |

Looks like there is a bit activity in DHA Valley going on. I was in Pakistan one week back and visited the site. So far things look promising, and I guess the whole stuff might take 2-3 years to shape-up. Lots of DHA Homes are ready to move-in. Roads are shaping. |
