Is there any worth of having a file of DHA Phase 9? These days the file is coming around 14 lakhs i believe? What would be development charges roughly later on? and how do you see this as investment for the next 5 years?

Answer to your first question is yes. that is why the prices are with 7 and 9 lac profit respectively.
About answer to your second question i guess we should leave it to professionals like Mr.CMY, but all i can say nobody knows when the ballot will happen, but atleast one could get hints from the market movements and development activities in the area. Regards |
