Ali sahib, It is worthwhile to buy property in NFC Phase-2, where you can get one kanal plot from 11 Lac to 15 Lac (including Development) depending on location.you cannot find one kanal land at this price in its surroundings.NFC-II is 3 Km away from Bahria Main enterance along canal.That is an ideal time for investment in NFC phase 2. After 2 to 3 Years prices will be doubled in this society.
