What will be the impact of new Sector E Commercial plots on existing Sector C Commercial in your opinion? I intend to buy one commercial in Sector C and wanted to hear your views on this. Thanks for anyone who replies.

existing 5-marla sector-c commercial on back side rate is 60 to 75 lac.where new 5-marla commercial in E- sector on backside will be 75 lac(bahria rate).so certainly rate of existing 5-marla commercial will increase due to heavy construction activities. |
