Can someone explain why the prices in Block X of phase 8 are comparatively less as compared to other blocks of phase 8 . Are there some villages or litigation areas?

I think that X block when compared with W and T blocks , is away from the 160 feet broad way. However plots close to the phase 6/8 main bulevard are priced high.
Yes this is true that X block have a few spots having villages and graveyard but that applies to almost all blocks of phase 8.My frank opinion! |
