Property transfer procedure and precautions in Johar town lahore,

Plz tell me property transfer procedure in johar town. I want to transfer 10 marla plot.

People say there r many frauds bcoz it is lda controlled. Plz help me to know the precautions :h

follow Following steps
after Paying small Token Money get Copy of Allotment latter and goto LDa office and find out is it correctly-under the name of guy you are buying, what type of file it was
allotment ? best
exemption be careful and also will take more time to verify and wll goto patwar khana
some special quota if so find rules regarding that,widow quota is not acceptable.
usually you have to spend rs 1000 to get cooperation of staff having files but I have done it even without paying a rupee,
next thing is to confirm the ID of the guy selling plot.
after you are sure then you will fill up a form , buy stamp papers etc and get transfer appointment.
the owner and you will have to go physically there and you will get allotment letter on next day

Pls. shed some light on that if seller has power of attornery through embassy, is it acceptable with LDA and any risk involve after purchase of propery purchased through this registered power of attorney?
Wt. the transfer charges of 5 marla house in case of exempted plot (alloted against land).
Your contribution is really appriciated.

Pls tell me procedure if 12 Marla house transfer in Johar town then what will be transfer fees and other tax challan to be paid in govt office
