I have a Plot In i-11/1 since 2003 .... And the development of this sector never started.. tell me the future of this sector.. i want to build a house there. i-11/1 sector is full of kachi abadis. so may i sell it or wait for the development . plz guide me.

I-11/1 development is on cards. After tender site office in I-11/1 is constructed by the contractor. Vacation of "Katchi Aabadi" is very difficult task lets hope for better. U may wait few months. |

Dear Javed,
Last month I went to pakistan and visited D12 and witnessed some houses in progress. I am sure you will see a visible population in D12 within next six months.

Keep the plot. Areas where land is in possession of CDA will be developed first. |
