1) Wanted to check the current market offering price for D/467 and D/1888 (5 Marla) of Phase 9 of newly balloted plots. Are they good enough to reap 7 lac profit?
2) Current installment plan for Phase 9 5 Marla plots goes till May 2014, So should we expect a possession handover in May/June 2014 or there are chances that DHA will develop those quite early and will offer plot holders to submit remaining amount as lump sum and take the possession somewhere near the end of 2012 or early 2013.
3) Reminder for all plots holders, first installment is due by Dec 31, 2011.
