Is there 10% extra payment for corner plots in Phase 8. If i buy a corner plot, shall i pay this extra cost or it is already paid by the previous owner.

if it is a installment plot you have to pay 10% of the total cost (i.e 5.5 lacs) and if alloted through allocation file you have to pay 10% extra on development charges only. ( ie one lac )
For schedule and perportion of payment you need to check with DHA. |
