As per the clauses of agreement, DHA can adjust/relocate the plot of any file anywhere before and after the balloting. But is it fair to adjust the plot from implied premier location to the lest attractive location, where all the development charges remain the same for each and every plot. Now, the Ex-Park view plots can not be allotted in existing Phase-8 and the expected location might be in Phase -7 or across the road with no definite date of balloting, till today. |
