Asalam o Alaikum,
I had a plot in Mustafa Town. I have built my house few months back. As I did not have much budget, I only constructed single story. I plan to construct 2nd story but after few years. My building period expires next month. Should I go for extension to the building period or I should apply for completion certificate? If I get completion certificate, will there be any hindrance from LDA when I will construct 2nd story?
Any advice will be highly appreciated. Thnx in advance.

I would recommend you to contact with a property agent because they are updated with the new rules and policies if changed. One thing more a person involved in a business knows about the every aspect of it so he can describe every option. |
